The United States Naval Reserve, ( CB Base)  is centrally located in Biloxi and shadowed in Tan.
 

Gulfport is home of the Gulfport Harbor a major factor in shipping and trade along the gulf coast, leading into the Gulf or Mexico.

I-10 crosses thru north Gulfport.
 

To get to Hwy 90 from I-10, aka Beach Blvd from I-10 the main route is Hwy 49, aka 25th Ave.
You can also take Lorraine / Cowan Road, it is Lorraine Road at I-10 and turns into Cowan Road where Pass Road Crosses it going east to west.

Seaway Road, or Industrial Seaway runs east to west just south of I-10 from Lorraine Road to Hwy 49.

To the east Gulfport is bordered by The city of biloxi and to the West it is bordered by Long Beach. To the north the City of Orange Grove lies just north of the I-10 and hwy 49 intersection.
