City of Biloxi, Harrison County Mississippi and shares the County seat with the City of Gulfport

Keesler Air force Base is centrally located in Biloxi and shadowed in Tan.
 

Biloxi is a peninsula, to enter from the east you must use Ocean Springs/Biloxi Bridge Via Hwy 90 (aka Beach Blvd, or Casino Row)
In Ocean Springs it is called Bienville Blvd. 

I-10 crosses thru north Biloxi, with I-110 at exit 48 leading you thru the city of Diberville and directly into East Biloxi, ( aka, old Biloxi, or the Point)

Exit 47 from I-10 leads you to Cedar Lake Road, in Biloxi and you can travel along Popps Ferry to the Popps Ferry bridge to cross the Back Bay.

The City of Diberville, once referred to as "North Biloxi, incorporated and became it's own city, thus being notched out of the larger city which boarders Diberville to the North, West and South.

To the West Biloxi is bordered by the City of Gulfport with Debuys Road being the city dividing line,  the southbound land of Debuys is Gulfport, the northbound land of Debuys is Biloxi.
